Donna Nature is a food supplement specifically formulated to counteract typical female problems, both linked to the painful and/or irregular menstrual cycle and due to the decline in estrogen during the menopause period. This supplement contains a mix of herbs including Sage and Red Clover, known for their beneficial action on the symptoms of menopause, and Calendula which helps reduce the problems of an irregular or painful menstrual cycle. It also contains Ashwagandha known for its tonic and energizing action and other plants such as Yarrow and Klamath which help improve general well-being. KLAMATH: Klamath is a microalgae known for its nutritional virtues, its high antioxidant content and its ability to stimulate the metabolism.

Instructions for Use
Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water, preferably before meals.
