Donna Nature is a food supplement specifically formulated to counteract typical female problems, both linked to the painful and/or irregular menstrual cycle and due to the decline in estrogen during the menopause period. This supplement contains a mix of herbs including Sage and Red Clover, known for their beneficial action on the symptoms of menopause, and Calendula which helps reduce the problems of an irregular or painful menstrual cycle. It also contains Ashwagandha known for its tonic and energizing action and other plants such as Yarrow and Klamath which help improve general well-being. It contains no preservatives, sweeteners, additives or other added ingredients.

PLANTS USED

SAGE: Sage is a beneficial herb known for its beneficial action during the menopause period. In fact, it contains isoflavones, which have effects similar to estrogen. Sage can therefore help rebalance the hormonal system, alleviating typical symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes, mood swings and vaginal dryness.

MARIGOLD: Marigold can help regulate the menstrual cycle and relieve pain. It has emmenagogue, antispasmodic and antidysmenorrheic properties, meaning it can promote the regulation of menstrual flow and reduce painful menstrual symptoms.

KLAMATH: Klamath is a microalgae known for its nutritional virtues, its high antioxidant content and its ability to stimulate the metabolism.

ASHWAGANDHA: ashwagandha is a plant with tonic-adaptogenic action, traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to increase energy and improve physical and mental well-being. Thanks to its adaptogenic action, it helps the body adapt to situations of stress and tension.

Yarrow Yarrow: known in naturopathy for its potential beneficial and digestive properties

Instructions for Use

Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water, preferably before meals.

Ingredients: Sage powder (Salvia officinalis L., leaves), Marigold powder (Calendula officinalis L., flowers), Yarrow powder (Achillea millefolium L., inflorescences), Red Clover powder (Trifolium pratense L., aerial part with inflorescences ), Klamath algae powder (Aphanizomenon flos aquae) cyanobacteria,, Ashwagandha powder (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal, root), capsule (glazing agent: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose).

It does not contain:
