Description
Green tea is a variant of tea obtained from dried leaves of Camellia sinensis, which do not undergo any oxidation during processing. Of Chinese origins like all teas, for centuries it has been consumed in various Asian regions, from Japan to the Middle East. In recent years it has also found its diffusion in the West.
Usage tips
Infusion : take a teaspoon of herbal tea and a cup of water (250 ml).
Bring the water to the boil, then turn it off and pour in a teaspoon of green tea leaves, leaving it to rest for 2-3 minutes. Then it is filtered and drunk hot, or lukewarm.
Sweeten to taste with stevia, agave juice, sugar, or other sweetener. We do not recommend honey because it should not be mixed with hot drinks as it spoils beyond a certain temperature and can become harmful to health.
NB: green tea should not be left to infuse for more than 3 minutes, otherwise there is a risk that it will become too bitter
Dosages : 1 to 2 cups a day recommended
