Description
Mixture of salt, aromatic herbs and vegetables typical of the Mediterranean area. All herbs grown on our farm. Great to enrich, sauces, meats, soups etc. The presence of horseradish gives a particular, slightly spicy taste.

Description
Excellent substitute for the classic nut, but all natural. An excellent flavor for broths, sauces, soups, stewed meats and fish.
Advice on use
Add the Mediterranean flavor at the time of cooking and avoid adding salt. Thanks to the vegetable composition of vegetables it will take on average less salt and the taste will be really exciting.
For suchi : give your sugi a touch or more enriching the flavor with this flavor.
For soups : complete the soups with an extra touch
For meat, Roast beef etc .: release the broth of your meat with this flavoring rich in vegetables and herbs
For spicy dishes : contribute to making your dish spicy to a more pleasant and rich taste, without giving up the spicy
