The addition of lemon in fish dishes and salads is a classic, but not everyone knows that there are spice mixes that can replace the lemon donated to the dishes an exclusive taste without regretting the common yellow fruit.

Advice on use

Roasted fish : add a little before cooking a little later.
First courses of fish: add a sprinkling of spices while stirring the pasta with the sauce, preferably white.
Fish salads: always add a little spice mix, give a rich but at the same time delicate and unique sapote.
Green or mixed salads: always add a pinch of spices, you will see the whole transformation your salads ...
