Cinnamon is a spice native to Sri Lanka appreciated for its very fragrant aroma and for a sweet and slightly peppery taste. In the kitchen it is used to flavor tea, herbal tea, chocolate, milk, sweets, ice cream and liqueurs. In natural medicine it is used to regulate blood sugar (glycaemia), as a digestive and antiseptic and for its known antioxidant properties.
Dried fennel seeds, obtained from plants of our cultivation. Plants grown naturally, without chemicals, on our land in the countryside of Fermo, Italy. Seeds harvested by hand and dried at low temperatures.

Powdered ginger obtained from the rhizome of the Zingiber officinale plant, dried at low temperatures and pulverized. Ginger is a spice widely used throughout the East, the use of which in recent years has also spread to Europe and America. It has a pungent, almost spicy taste, it can be used both as a cooking spice and as a herbal tea to drink.
Parsley goes well with many dishes. It is excellent for flavoring fish, meat, vegetables, fillings, risottos, soups, velvets, omelettes, etc. This spice is also used in natural medicine for its diuretic, digestive, aperitif and febrifuge properties.

Hericium erinaceus, mushroom dried at low temperatures and reduced to powder. Hericium erianceus is an edible mushroom with medicinal use belonging to the genus Hericium, native to North America, Europe and Asia which for centuries has been widely used in the East both in the kitchen and in the herbal field.
Spiced nutmeg has a distinctive pungent scent and a warm, slightly sweet flavor; it is used to flavor many types of baked goods, confectionery, puddings, potatoes, meats, sausages, sauces, vegetables and beverages such as eggnog. It is also considered an excellent digestive spice, useful in case of swelling, nausea and vomiting.
Whole stigmas of saffron from our own cultivation, 100% Italian. The stigmas of the flower are hand-picked and dried at low temperatures, in order to keep all the properties of the flower unaltered.
