Description

Yarrow yarrow is a spontaneous and aromatic herbaceous plant of the Asteraceae family, very common in various Italian regions. Due to its beautiful flowers, the Achilela is also particularly popular as a decorative plant for the garden.

In the past, the plant was widely used by herbalists as an aid for typical female ailments and to aid digestion.

Usage tips

Infusion . A teaspoon of dried yarrow flowers is used on a cup of water.

The water is brought to the boil, then it is turned off and the dried flowers are poured in, leaving it to rest for 10 minutes. Then it is filtered and drunk.

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place
