Description
Dried root of Echinacea pallida, obtained from plants of our own cultivation, grown in a 100% natural way, on our land in the Fermo countryside, in Italy. The roots are then chopped and dried at low temperatures to keep the organoleptic properties unaltered.

Description
Echinacea is a small perennial plant native to North America and widely known and appreciated by the American Indians, who used it for the preparation of herbal teas, decoctions and wraps.
In fact, as well as for decorative purposes, Echinacea is also cultivated for herbal purposes.
Our farm has been cultivating the pale Echinacea plant for years on our land located in the Fermo countryside. The cultivation is strictly natural, without the use of pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers.
The harvesting of the roots takes place towards the end of Autumn. The roots, once harvested, are chopped and dried. The drying is done at low temperatures, below 43°, in order to keep the organoleptic properties of the plant unaltered.
