This herbal tea contains a mix of thyme, mint, elderberry and plantain, a blend of four herbs that we recommend especially in winter. All plants of our own cultivation, grown naturally on our land in Fermo, Italy. Plants harvested by hand and dried at low temperatures.

Description
This herbal tea contains a mix of:
- Thyme leaves (Thymus vulgaris);
- Mint leaves (Mentha routundifolia);
- Elderberry flowers (Sambucus nigra);
- Plantain leaves (Plantago lanceolata).
Very good herbal tea drunk hot, which we recommend especially in the cold period.
All plants of our cultivation, grown in a 100% natural way on our land in the countryside of Fermo, in Italy. Herbs harvested by hand and dried at low temperatures, to keep the active ingredients contained in them unaltered
Usage tips
Infusion . Take a teaspoon of herbal tea and a cup of water.
Bring the water to the boil, then turn it off and pour in the herbal tea, leaving it to rest for 10 minutes. Then it is filtered and drunk immediately hot, or lukewarm. It can be sweetened with honey or with the addition of stevia.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
