Use Advice
Infusion: take a teaspoon of herbal tea for a cup of water (250 ml).
Bring the water to a boil, then turn off and pour the herbal tea, leaving it to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then filter and serve hot or warm.
You can sweeten it with stevia, agave juice, sugar, or another sweetener. We do not recommend honey because it should not be mixed with hot drinks because over a certain temperature it will ruin and may become harmful to your health.
Drink 2 to 4 cups a day.
NB: tea should not be left to infuse for more than 3 minutes, otherwise there is a risk that it will become too bitter.
Warnings
