Why do we use horsetail?

Horsetail is a plant known in the popular tradition, it represents a natural remedy for diuresis and urinary tract. Due to its wealth of mineral salts and silicon it is also considered an excellent preventive for high blood pressure, fluid retention, cellulite, anemia, fatigue and against osteoporosis.

Description

Horsetail and spices with salt can be used to enrich each of your dishes with a unique flavor. Try it and taste it in all kinds of legumes, soups, risottos, soups, meats, salads and fish. For hot food add horsetail and spices at the end of cooking.
