Dolce Relax Herbal tea contains a mix of the following herbs: hawthorn, lavender, lemon verbena, oregano, mint and linden. All plants that we grow on our land, in Fermo (Italy) in a 100% natural way, harvested by hand and dried at low temperatures.

Description
We have designed and created the "Dolce Relax" herbal tea for all those who, due to stressful everyday life, or for other reasons, often suffer from agitation, nervousness and anxiety.
This herbal tea, in addition to being delicious and very aromatic, drunk hot several times a day, will help you relax your nerves and improve your mood. It can also be used to aid sleep.
This herbal tea is made up of:
- Hawthorn flowers;
- true lavender flowers;
- linden flowers and leaves;
- marjoram leaves;
- peppermint leaves;
- lemon verbena leaves.
All plants of our cultivation, grown in a 100% natural way on our land in the countryside of Fermo, in Italy. Herbs harvested by hand and dried at low temperatures, to keep the active ingredients contained in them unaltered.
Usage tips
Infusion . Take a teaspoon of herbal tea and a cup of water (250 ml). Bring the water to the boil, then turn it off and pour in the herbal tea, leaving it to rest for 10 minutes. Then it is filtered and drunk hot, or lukewarm.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
