Use Advice

Infusion. Pour a teaspoon of herbal tea in a cup of boiling water (about 250 ml) and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

Then filter and drink the hot or warm tea.

Tisana ottima

Acquistato perché non volevo assumere sali minerali chimici. Meglio e più naturale di un mix di piante cosa c'è? Sapore concentrato ma molto gustoso. Felice di aver provato questa tisana e la prenderò di nuovo in futuro.
