Description

Sweet clover is a biennial plant of the Leguminous family, which grows spontaneously throughout Italy, in uncultivated fields, hedges, meadows and also along the roads. It blooms in June with beautiful yellow flowers with a very pleasant smell.

Our sweet clover plants are all grown on our land in Fermo, Italy, with natural farming techniques, i.e. without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers.

The fragrant yellow flowers are harvested by hand between June and July, which are then dried at low temperatures (<43°). This in order to keep the active ingredients contained in the plant intact.

Finally the flowers are delicately triturated and packaged. The herbal tea is now ready to be enjoyed. The sweet and aromatic taste will surprise you.

Usage tips

Infusion . A teaspoon of sweet clover flowers is used for a cup of boiling water. The flowers are poured into boiling water and left to rest for 10 minutes.

Keep in a dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children.

E' la prima volta che utilizzo questo prodotto e quindi non ho la possibilità di confrontarlo, ma tutto sommato mi sembra valido sia come profumazione che come gusto, considerato che bevo la tisana senza zucchero al mattino.Saluti Vittorio

Il sapore non è molto attraente, ma non l'ho acquistata per questo. Presa dopo i pasti mi aiuta a digerire meglio, aspetto per cui l'ho acquistata. Veloce da preparare, trovo che il rapporto prezzo qualità sia particolarmente interessante.
