Flowering and dried flower heads of Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile L.). The plant is grown by us, it is grown on our land in Fermo, in the open countryside. The hand-picked flowers are then dried at low temperatures.

Description
Roman or noble chamomile, also known as English chamomile is one of the most valuable varieties of chamomile. Very widespread in France and northern Europe, however, it is still little known in our country and in fact there are very few companies that cultivate it.
Like its cousin, the common Chamomile, the "Romana" variety also belongs to the large Asteraceae family. From the botanical name of Chamaemelum nobile, it is recognized by the typically branched stem and pointed leaves, divided into short and thin lobes.
Usage tips
Infusion . It is prepared by leaving a teaspoon of chamomile flower heads to rest for 5-6 minutes in a cup of boiling water. After which the infusion is filtered and drunk hot or warm.

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
