Shipping Terms

The fresh products will be shipped every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of the week.
If you pay by bank transfer or recharge postepay, make sure you sent us a copy of the payment via email to the following address: order@erbedimauro.it
Unpaid orders will be automatically deleted within 20 days.
For the delivery you should indicate the address where we can always find someone.
Write carefully the address of the recipient including the house number, as well as correct name and surname.
The courier is not required to call in advance, even with a payment.
Once you order the courier is informed, he may change only in exceptional cases.
It is the customer's responsibility to take care of the correct receipt of the package.

Shipments in Italy

SHIPPING COST: 7,90 € for national shipping, free of charge for purchases over 36 €.

DELIVERY TIME: 24/48 hours, by express courier.

SHIPPING DAYS: we ship every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (evening). You must consider that we are a small farm and some of our products are fresh, that is, freshly prepared.

Shipping in Europe and non-EU countries

SHIPPING COSTS: vary according to package weight, destination and type of delivery service chosen (air, or road). For more information see the table below.
DELIVERY TIMES : vary depending on the type of service chosen. 24/48 h for air delivery, 76/92 hours for road delivery.
SHIPPING DAYS: we ship every Monday and Tuesday (evening), in order to speed up the delivery.
ALOE JUICES: due to the new stringent regulations, we can no longer ship Aloe Vera or Arborescens juices and preparations outside the European community
PLANTS: we do not ship Aloe plants, or other types of plants outside Italian territory

Costs for countries to which the shipment is made

The above mentioned countries belonging to the European Community are completely exempt from customs costs, so the price is final. However, the same cannot be guaranteed for non-EU countries, even if we will do everything possible to avoid customs costs.

Attention ! Customers based in non-EU countries (such as the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine) do not pay VAT at the time of purchase, neither on products nor on shipments. The VAT will then be paid to the Customs and the rate will be different depending on the country.
